Technical requirements for equipment of automatic Slitter:

1. The full-automatic high-speed slitting and rewinding slitting machine is controlled by microcomputer and 10 Inch Touch screen. After all data are set on the display in advance, the machine will start to work automatically.

2. Adopt the two frequency conversion control of Yaskawa frequency converter and fukuta double frequency motor, one motor (11kw) controls the material transportation, the other motor (30kW) controls the tension.

3. Adopt Taiwan gold medal hydraulic discharge system to facilitate the feeding, unloading and displacement of both sides of the master coil.

4. Adopt gold medal hydraulic correction and high sensitivity to ensure the accuracy of material position.
