Purpose of slitter:

The slitter is used for slitting all kinds of tapes, especially for electronic adhesive materials with high precision. Such as double-sided tape, masking tape, cloth based tape, PVC tape, pet tape, foam tape, 3M tape series, polyester film tape, gold finger, PE protective film, aluminum foil, copper foil, non-woven fabric, release paper, etc.

Process requirements of slitter:

1. The slitter shall stop the fixed length slitting processing of the whole volume or the whole raw material, such as plastic packaging data, packaging carton, steel plate, film, leather, wood chip, etc., all of which shall be controlled by the fixed length slitting.

2. The control of the fixed length slitter is divided into static and dynamic slitting: when the set length arrives, the slitter precisely stops, the slitter rewinder then performs static slitting, and the slitter restarts after slitting; when the set length arrives, the slitter sends the slitting signal without stopping, and the slitter performs dynamic slitting during the data movement.

3. The most important performance index of the fixed length slitter is the slitting precision, and the scrap length has good divergence.

4. The length of the slitter can be set continuously. If there is any error in the practical slitting length, it is easy to stop the calibration by setting parameters.
